Who we are

This website is run by Performance Forensics Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI742351) with its registered office at Linenhall Exchange, 26 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BG. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at office@performanceforensics.co.uk.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number TBC in the next update.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you email or contact us, such as your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to provide information about our services you have asked for, to keep the website secure and working properly and, with your consent, to understand how the website is used.

Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.

If you become a client, we will give you separate information about how we use your personal data as part of our engagement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our website and email, under contracts that require them to keep it secure, or where the law requires us to.

If your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 12 months from our last contact with you, unless it leads to an engagement. Website server logs are kept for up to 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to our use of it and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email office@performanceforensics.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
